Another novelty from Xiaomi is the ultra-compact Mijia Mini Washing Machine, designed for loads of up to 1.2 kg of linen. While its basic feature set rivals that of larger models, it also supports a smart drying function powered by AI algorithms.
The device supports a total of 20 wash and smart drying programs and features automatic end-of-process detection. For delicate items like silk, there's a separate drying mode at a low temperature (35°C).
According to the manufacturer, the Mijia Mini Washing Machine eliminates up to 99.99% of bacteria, 100% of viruses, and mites during the wash cycle – using the steam sterilization mode. Furthermore, the washing machine features a built-in ventilation mechanism that opens when the door is closed.
The Xiaomi Mijia Mini Washing Machine is available in China for $280.
