A OnePlus phone with model number CPH2747 has appeared in a database, possibly the upcoming OnePlus 15 global version. Malaysia's SIRIM certification has confirmed that this device is the global version of the OnePlus 15.
Recently, a Chinese digital blogger revealed the real-life appearance of the OnePlus 15. The camera utilizes a matrix design in the upper left corner, continuing the style of the OnePlus 13T. The display is equipped with a BOE X3 straight-screen OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. While a downgrade from the OnePlus 13's 2K screen, it supports a 165Hz refresh rate. Regarding software, the international version is expected to run OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16, while the Chinese version will come pre-installed with ColorOS 16.
Officially, ColorOS 16 features a comprehensive technical architecture upgrade, incorporating the new Aurora Engine and Tidal Engine, along with the industry's first chip-level dynamic frame tracking technology. It also includes Android's first in-house compiler, the Fanxing Compiler. This compiler builds a complete compilation chain from Java to dedicated hardware, giving Java the ability to compile for dedicated hardware.
In terms of performance, the OnePlus 15 is equipped with the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition mobile platform, which scored 3709 in single-core and 11000 in multi-core on Geekbench. It houses a 7000mAh battery and supports 120W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. OnePlus also previously announced the end of its long-term partnership with Hasselblad, and its upcoming flagship model will utilize its own in-house developed "OPPO LUMO Light Condensation Imaging."
