iQOO's official Weibo account announced the iQOO 15 will be available in a new "Lingyun" color scheme. Images show the iQOO 15's back panel featuring a unique marble-textured design, primarily grayish-white, with a splash of red ink-like texture under special circumstances. The iQOO 15's camera module maintains its classic rectangular design, housing multiple lenses. Notably, the iQOO 15 will be powered by the latest OriginOS 6.
Multiple sources have previously revealed that the iQOO 15 is expected to feature a 6.8-inch 2K Samsung Everest display, utilizing LIPO ultra-narrow bezel packaging technology. It will offer an adaptive refresh rate of 1-144Hz, support 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of up to 6000nits. The new phone is also expected to support hardware-level "1nit Ultra Dark Soft Light" eye protection technology.
In terms of performance, the iQOO 15 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition mobile platform and feature the world's largest 8K VC cooling system. The new phone will also be equipped with the company's in-house developed Q3 gaming chip, supporting game interpolation and super-resolution technologies.
The iQOO 15 is expected to feature a 50-megapixel triple-camera setup on the rear, including a 50-megapixel IMX921 main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3x zoom. The new phone may also include a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging and wireless charging. It will also feature a large X-axis linear motor and IP68/69 dust and water resistance.
