Fang Fei, President of the Product Line at Honor Device Co., Ltd., unveiled a host of impressive imaging features for the Honor Magic 8 series, including sample photos taken with the Magic 8 Pro. The samples show that shots of the evening blues at 23mm, 85mm, and 230mm focal lengths are all crystal clear, with natural color transitions, faithfully capturing the beauty of the blues.
Fang Fei explained that the Honor Magic 8 series features a 200MP Super Night God telephoto lens, boasting 200MP pixels and the industry's largest telephoto sensor and module. Its all-new AI optical correction technology and CIPA image stabilization proactively understand the captured image, repairing details in noise distribution and reconstructing the imaging chain to preserve more texture and color. Honor's new image stabilization technology easily handles both shaky hands and complex lighting conditions, delivering purer night scenes.
At the beginning of the month, Li Kun, flagship smartphone product manager at Honor Device Co., Ltd., revealed in a post that the Honor Night God will debut with the Magic 8 series. The battle for the 200MP telephoto king is about to begin. Honor registered the Nox trademark as early as July of last year, and its debut in the Magic 8 series demonstrates the new product's expertise in night photography.
In addition to imaging, the Honor Magic 8 series will also feature the all-new Honor AI smart body, YOYO, which boasts three core capabilities: "seeing," "remembering," and "actionability." YOYO can "see" the world through multimodal perception, understanding images, sounds, and environmental context to make in-depth decisions. Actionability means executing multiple commands with a single sentence, allowing YOYO to help users complete more tasks autonomously. Previously, Honor CEO Li Jian stated that the new Honor Magic 8 series will deliver a comprehensive, innovative experience across three key areas: hardware performance, system interaction, and application ecosystem, defining the ultimate self-evolving AI-powered smartphone.
