Vivo has officially revealed that the vivo X300 series launch event will officially begin at 7:00 PM on October 13th, where two new models will debut. According to Vivo, the vivo X300 series will be an imaging flagship that delivers "huge, blockbuster images" while also offering the power of natural, comfortable, and healing experiences.
The vivo X300 series will offer two models. The vivo X300 Standard Edition can be seen as a successor to the previous-generation X200 Pro mini, boasting significantly improved imaging capabilities compared to the previous standard edition. The vivo X300 Pro is a true imaging flagship.
The vivo X300 Pro is equipped with a 200MP periscope telephoto lens and utilizes a small-pixel VCS sensor co-developed with Samsung, with a 1/1.4-inch photosensitive area. This lens is the same size as the previous-generation HP9, but the new sensor supports VCS technology, the bionic spectral technology used in vivo's main camera. This significantly improves night photography and delivers a "what you see is what you get" effect.
For the main camera, vivo uses the new LYT-828 sensor, an upgraded version of the previous-generation LYT-818. It features a large 1/1.28-inch sensor and boasts a high dynamic range exceeding 100dB, ensuring comprehensive detail preservation in all conditions.
In addition to imaging, the vivo X300 Pro boasts a 6.8-inch flat-panel display with a 1.5K resolution, the same as the X200 series. The processor has been upgraded to the Dimensity 9500, a chip with comprehensive architecture and process upgrades, providing enhanced underlying computing power.
