Motorola recently officially launched its new thin and light Moto Book 60 Pro laptop in India. As an upgrade to the Moto Book 60, released in April this year, the new model maintains the original design while featuring comprehensive core performance upgrades. Equipped with the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors, it further enhances energy efficiency and computing power.
The Moto Book 60 Pro inherits the high-quality craftsmanship and lightweight design of its predecessor. Its metal body measures just 1.69 cm thick and weighs 1.39 kg, making it easy to carry around. MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification ensures strong shock and environmental resistance, making it suitable for a variety of use scenarios.
The Moto Book 60 Pro features a 14-inch OLED display with a 2.8K (2880×1800) resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1100 nits, and 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut coverage. The display is detailed and smooth, with accurate color reproduction, making it ideal for content creation and audiovisual entertainment.
Performance is at the heart of this upgrade. The Moto Book 60 Pro is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 5 or Ultra 7 processor built on a 3nm process, offering significant improvements in performance and energy efficiency compared to the 10nm Core 5 and Core 7 chips used in the previous generation Moto Book 60. This new platform not only delivers faster computing speeds but also consumes less power under the same load, helping to extend battery life. The laptop can be configured with up to 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 solid-state drive to meet multitasking and large-capacity storage needs.
For power, the device boasts a built-in 60Wh battery and supports 65W USB-C fast charging, allowing for quick recharge. Other features include Dolby Atmos speakers, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 7 wireless networking, Windows 11 Home Edition, and a 1080p infrared facial recognition camera, ensuring a balanced experience in audio, connectivity, and security.
