qualcomm's promotional materials also mention a powerful npu module, an ai-enabled image processing processor (isp), and a next-generation adreno chip.
in comparison, the snapdragon 8 elite gen 5 has a 2+6 configuration, with clock frequencies of up to 4.6ghz and 3.62ghz respectively, and is equipped with an adreno 840 graphics accelerator, a hexagon npu, and a 20-bit isp.
this chip is expected to be officially released by the end of 2025.
