the first images of msi's geforce rtx 5070 ti graphics card have leaked online. this design aims to solve two common problems with graphics cards in this series, namely issues related to the 12v 2x6 cable.
unlike many standard models, the power connector of this new card is hidden within the heat sink of the cooling system. by combining this design with the decorative plate on the back of the card, the connector becomes less noticeable, enhancing the overall design of the system.
more importantly, the change in the position of the connector has improved the reliability of the connection. the cable no longer bends at the connection point, reducing the risk of contact deformation (or even melting) of the contacts. the release date and price of this new product from msi have not yet been announced.
