The Google Pixel Pen stylus was designed as an accessory for the Pixel tablet. The manufacturer never showed it off, but its existence was recently confirmed in a rather unusual way.
The stylus is available for sale on the Chinese marketplace Goofish and on Amazon. The seller uses the handle GM0KF instead of the original name, but the device includes the brand's official logo and the inscription "Designed for Google."
The authors of the 9to5Google portal bought a stylus for $25 and tested it. According to them, the accessory is fully functional and supported by the Pixel tablet. The device features a USB Type-C port for charging and a status indicator. There is a hardware button on the body, but it does not perform any function. Google itself has not commented on the launch of the stylus.
