Aoostar has unveiled the compact macOS computer, powered by a powerful AMD Ryzen 7 chip. The new model also boasts a wide range of ports, an effective cooling system, and a relatively affordable price.
Depending on the configuration, the Aoostar macOS is equipped with either an AMD Ryzen 7 H255 or Ryzen 7 Pro 8845HS processor (both with a Radeon 780M processor). The motherboard features two SO-DIMM slots (DDR5-5600) and a pair of M.2 2280 (PCIe 4.0 x4) slots for NVMe SSDs.
Special features include two USB 4 Type-C ports (40 Gbps, DisplayPort Alt), an OCuLink connector for an eGPU, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and Ethernet, as well as one USB 2.0, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 1.4. The built-in network card supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 standards. The Aoostar Mac also features a fingerprint scanner with Windows Hello support.
The mini PC chassis measures 130 x 150 x 55 mm and weighs 0.66 kg. The Glacier 4.0S cooling system features a 5600 mm² evaporation chamber with a turbo fan. According to the brand, this allows for optimal performance and stable temperatures even under high load.
