Tech media outlet Smartprix and leaker Yogesh Brar recently revealed the specifications and configuration details of the OPPO Find X9 Pro. This new flagship phone is poised to impact the high-end market with its industry-leading 7500mAh battery and a brand-new imaging system. It's revealed to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED flat screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 flagship processor, and up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, promising impressive performance. Notably, the imaging system has been streamlined from four to three cameras, but the sensors have been comprehensively upgraded: a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main camera paired with a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 200-megapixel HP5 periscope telephoto lens for the first time. Combined with the same 2-megapixel Danxia True Color lens as the Find X8 Ultra, it promises to set a new benchmark for mobile photography.
Battery life is another highlight, with the massive 7500mAh battery setting a new record for similar devices and supporting both 80W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. Furthermore, the ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 7 protocol, and customizable multi-function buttons highlight its all-around flagship status. It will come pre-installed with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, which may offer breakthroughs in smoothness and AI features.
According to OPPO's product roadmap, the Find X9 Pro will first launch in China in October, followed by India and global markets in mid-November. The Indian price is expected to be under 100,000 rupees (approximately 8,228 RMB). Analysts suggest that this device, with its combination of a large battery, powerful imaging, and the Dimensity flagship chip, is likely to become one of the strongest competitors in the Android camp in the second half of the year, and its market performance warrants continued attention.
