A digital blogger has revealed the core specifications of the Meizu 22. The phone will support 80W wired charging, have a battery capacity of approximately 5500mAh, and a special edition will support UWB (ultra-wideband) technology.
The blogger stated that the Meizu 22 currently has all three certifications (CCC, SRRC, and CTA). In terms of design, the Meizu 22 utilizes LIPO process technology, achieving a 1.2mm physical quadrilateral. Regarding imaging, the Meizu 22 features a 24mm main camera with an F1.6 aperture and a 72mm telephoto lens with an F2.4 aperture and an equivalent of 3x optical zoom. Regarding battery life, the Meizu 22 has a built-in battery of approximately 5500mAh and supports 80W wired charging.
The blogger also mentioned that the Meizu 22 will be a small straight-screen model, retaining the classic white front panel and a body width of approximately 71mm, ensuring both one-handed operation and visual immersion. Notably, the special edition will support UWB (ultra-wideband) technology.
The blogger previously revealed that the Meizu 22 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen4 mobile platform. In addition to the Meizu 22, the company will also release a Meizu 22 Air, featuring an ultra-thin, large screen. Currently, the Meizu 22's official accessory, the Miu Magnetic antibacterial and drop-resistant case, has entered mass production.
The Meizu 22 boasts the world's narrowest 1.2mm equilateral surface as its core selling point. Upgrades in battery life, imaging, and other areas make it even more competitive. The early deployment of its accessories ecosystem further demonstrates the brand's strategic ambitions. If the Meizu 22's actual experience matches the leaked "Pro-level" positioning, it is expected to gain a differentiated advantage among flagship models in its price range.
