Samsung has launched the Bespoke AI Home Water Purifier, equipped with a filtration system that removes 82 pollutants and harmful substances. Furthermore, the device heats and meters water with high precision and integrates into smart home systems.
The Bespoke AI uses a four-stage filtration system to purify water from heavy metals (lead, mercury, chromium, etc.), microplastics, and other contaminants larger than 0.08 microns. The device has been approved by the American National Standards Institute and certified by NSF International.
Another feature of the device is its electrolysis function, which disinfects internal surfaces (a program that automatically activates every three days). The filter also "dumps" excess water every four hours to prevent bacterial growth.
The filter can dispense water ranging from 10 to 1000 ml with a precision of 50 ml and heats it to 90°C. The device can be controlled manually or using the Samsung SmartThings app and Bixby voice commands. The device is available only in South Korea for 1,450,000 Korean Won (approximately US$1,040).
