The ultra-thin clamshell Honor Magic V5, launched in China early last month, is preparing to enter international markets. The company has already released an official teaser for an upcoming event—so the wait isn't long.

The Honor Magic V5 global version, available in Dawn Gold, Black, and Ivory White, will debut on August 28th. The device's basic specifications remain unchanged: it will be 4.1mm thick when opened, equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and a camera module with a periscope lens.

The main difference from the Chinese version is the battery capacity: regardless of the amount of RAM, buyers will only get one option: 5820 mAh (66W wired, 50W wireless). Pricing for the Honor Magic V5 remodel for international markets has not yet been announced.
