Infinix has released the XBOOK B15, a budget laptop suitable for work and study. Key features include a durable casing certified according to MIL-STD 810H standards, a decent selection of ports, and a full-size backlit keyboard.
The laptop's 15.6-inch IPS display boasts a 1920x1080 pixel resolution and supports a 60Hz refresh rate across 87.4% of the available area. Depending on the configuration, the laptop is equipped with either an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5825U processor or a 6-core Ryzen 5 5500U processor. RAM capacity is capped at 32GB, and SSD storage is 1TB.
The Infinix XBOOK B15's battery life is powered by a 50Wh battery and a 65W power supply. The feature list is rounded out by a webcam with a mechanical shutter, two microphones, a full-size backlit keyboard with a numeric keypad, and a pair of 1.5W speakers with DTS audio support.
The novel interface set includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules, as well as USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 2.0, two USB Type-C ports, HDMI 1.4, Ethernet, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Additionally, the case has a microSD card slot and a Kensington lock.
The Infinix XBOOK B15 measures 352.8 x 226.7 x 17.65 mm and weighs 1.59 kg. The laptop is made of aluminum alloy. It will be available in India on August 21st for $355, depending on the configuration.
