Realme Mobile officially announced the September release of the realme 15 series, featuring a "light and thin imaging device." Xu Qi, realme Vice President, President of Global Marketing, and President of China, revealed that the realme 15 series represents the ultimate balance of thinness and imaging in realme's history, setting a new benchmark for global hits.
According to the official announcement poster, the realme 15 series features a dual-curved screen and a curved back panel, with a hint of a triple-lens camera setup. Overall, it appears to be incredibly thin and light, though specific specifications remain unknown. However, according to a recent leak from Digital Chat Station, there will be a realme 15T version, boasting a vibrant, 6.57-inch, wide-angle, and narrowly angled screen for excellent one-handed grip. Its thinness and large battery surpass those of the iPhone.
Also, the realme 15 series launched globally in July, including the 15 and 15 Pro models in India. The overseas version boasts IP65/68/69 waterproof ratings and a 6.8-inch 1.5K micro-curved display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 4608Hz PWM dimming, achieving a peak brightness of 1800 nits. In terms of performance, the realme 15 is powered by a Dimensity 7300+ processor, while the Pro version is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. For imaging, the Pro version features a 50-megapixel main camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. Both models are equipped with a 7000mAh battery and 80W fast charging.
As usual, the Chinese market is likely to include a realme 15 Pro+ version. Its advantage lies in its periscope telephoto design, which significantly improves imaging. This means the realme 15 series will likely have four versions in China: realme 15T, realme 15, realme 15 Pro, and realme 15 Pro+. Let's wait and see how these new products perform.
