Test results for the upcoming vivo X300 flagship smartphone have appeared on the Geekbench website. The publication confirmed key hardware specifications of the upcoming device and also provided an estimate of performance without waiting for a first review.
According to sources, the device will be based on the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 mobile processor with the Mali G1 Ultra MC12 processor inside. This chip includes one large Travis core clocked at 4.21 GHz, three high-performance Altos (3.5 GHz), and four Gelas (2.7 GHz).
In a configuration with 16GB of RAM, the smartphone, running Android 16-based firmware, scored 2352 points in single-threaded performance and 7129 points when all CPU cores were loaded. The vivo X300 series smartphones are expected to debut in the fourth quarter of 2025. Other features and potential pricing of the device remain unknown.
