The Redmi brand has introduced an updated version of the A27U monitor introduced last year. The 2025 model retains all the key features of last year's version, and also received HDR support and an additional connector for connecting and charging various devices.
The monitor's 27-inch IPS display with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and a response time of 6 ms supports a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and its color gamut is 100% of the sRGB gamut and 93% P3. The most noticeable improvement compared to the previous model was the HDR400 certification (backlight brightness up to 400 cd / m² when displaying HDR content).
The monitor's interface set includes two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, a pair of USB 2.0 Type-A, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C with an output power of up to 90 W and support for DisplayPort Alt mode. The latter allows, for example, to connect a laptop to the monitor, which will simultaneously transmit an image to a large display and charge its battery.
The price of the Redmi A27U Type-C (2026) on the Chinese market is 1,799 yuan, or about $250.
