Google Pixel 10 series rumors: screen brightness fully upgraded

Recently, rumors about Google's upcoming Pixel 10 series have been circulating online. According to the latest internal report, the Pixel 10 Pro/Pro XL will be equipped with an HDR screen with a peak brightness of 2250 nits, an increase of 200 nits over the previous generation, setting a new record for the Pixel series. This upgrade means that users will get a clearer display effect in strong light environments.

Specifically, the brightness of the standard version of the Pixel 10 has been increased to 2000 nits, while the inner and outer screen brightness of the folding screen model Pixel 10 Pro Fold has reached 1850 nits and 2050 nits, respectively, an increase of 250 nits over the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. It is worth noting that the current inner and outer screen brightness of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold is 1600/1800 nits. The new generation of products has achieved a leap forward in display performance while maintaining its thin and light characteristics.

In addition to the screen upgrade, the Pixel 10 series will continue the design language of the Pixel 9, while optimizing the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor to increase the unlocking speed. This strategy shows that Google is focusing on improving the core user experience while maintaining design consistency. As competition in the smartphone market intensifies, Google is strengthening the high-end positioning of the Pixel series through hardware innovation.

Industry insiders analyzed that the peak brightness of 2250 nits has surpassed most flagship models. With Google's unique display adjustment algorithm, the Pixel 10 series is expected to set a new benchmark in outdoor visibility. This series of upgrades may help Google gain more market share in the high-end market, especially for users who have demand for professional photography and outdoor use scenarios.
